Affiliation Internationale
Afin d'assurer un transfert actif des connaissances, la SSED est mise en réseau par l'adhésion à divers partenaires internationaux dans le domaine de la diabétologie et de l'endocrinologie. La SGED est également représentée par des délégués dans d'autres organismes internationaux par l'intermédiaire de la FMH.
ESE/ECAS
The Swiss Society of Endocrinology and Diabetology is an Affiliated Society of the European Society of Endocrinology (ESE) and a member of the Council of Affiliated Societies (ECAS).
ESE aims to promote for the public benefit research, education and clinical practice in endocrinology by the organisation of conferences, training courses and publications, by raising public awareness, liaison with national and international legislators, and by any other appropriate means.
ECAS provides a voice for the ESE Affiliated National Societies, helping them to promote endocrinology throughout Europe.

ISE
As an affiliated member of ESE/ECAS, the SSED is also a regional affiliate of the Interantional Society of Endocrinology, the global community of endocrine organisations worldwide. The ISE represents a broad network of health care professionals integrating all areas of endocrinology and metabolism. Together with the European Society of Endocrinology ISE promotes the transfer of knowledge between our members in this region.

The IDF Diabetes Atlas is the authoritative resource on the global burden of diabetes.
